The diverse nature of the Australian IR landscape highlights the importance of sharing the unique position of each Australian state in regards to Workplace Relations policy and subsequently the challenges national employers face where workplaces may be scattered across the country. Hear from large national organisations and industry associations as they unpack the workplace relations issues and challenges faced by workers. New bullying legislation and the cases emerging from it will be a key discussion topic at the conference. Likewise, the gender wage gap _ still highly applicable in the Australian environment - will be open for conversation. Supported by The Conversation Media Group, the Future of Industrial Relations conference aims to bring government officials, union representatives, academics, industry officials, small and large business employers and their employees all together in one forum to unravel the policy and regulation minefield that is IR.
