White Amber allies with Unicru

White Amber Inc., which offers Web-enabled solutions for human capital management, has formed an alliance with Unicru Inc., formerly Decision Point Systems, a company that helps businesses assess, select and measure the benefits of recruiting hourly employees.

Unicru's recruiting technology will be integrated with the White Amber Web site to provide Internet-based electronic job application expertise and assistance to White Amber's staffing solution customers and suppliers. The Unicru Web site and on-site technology will be available to White Amber customers and suppliers where they can electronically incorporate a company's job application, skills test, background checks and tax credit paperwork into one electronic, paperless job application.
