Beyer brings nearly 20 years of enterprise solutions sales experience to WebRecruiter. He previously served as executive vice president of Sales and Marketing for White Amber, a vendor management system for contingency workforce management. At White Amber, Beyer managed the entire sales function as well as reseller and alliance programs.
Beyer also headed the North American sales group at Pivotal Corporation. As a lead executive, he was responsible for supporting sales process and sales training, and was an integral part of the company's revenue growth from $20 to $100 million in two years. Additionally, Beyer worked with PLATINUM technology where his efforts attained a 150% quota in just six months, and due to his successes there, he was asked to stay on through the acquisition by Computer Associates. During the acquisition Beyer helped with the transition and was given an expanded leadership role.

FitzSimmons previously served as senior vice president of TMP Worldwide's advertising and communications division, a leading global recruitment agency and at the time, parent of Monster.com®, where he was responsible for consolidating advertising placement and production operations and managing relations with print and Internet publishers. FitzSimmons has also served in numerous other roles including finance, operations, systems, sales and service.
