Wachovia Corporation Selects Kenexa Recruiter for Enterprise Recruiting Solution

To support this business-critical function, Wachovia did a thorough evaluation of 12 recruiting vendors and brought five finalists in for demonstrations and three for usability exercises. Brian Drake, Wachovia's Vice President, Recruiting Practice Technology Group, said, "We knew that ‘ease of use' was a critical requirement for our Recruiters from a survey we distributed early in the selection phase of the project.
