Vertafore Benefits And Computers By Design Form Alliance To Deliver Best-In-Class Document Management Products To Benefits Agencies
Suite of Products Integrates with Vertafore Benefits' AgencyCenter
Tampa - Vertafore Benefits, a provider of software and automation services for employee benefits agencies, and Computers by Design, Inc., a provider of technical solutions to the insurance marketplace, announced they have formed an alliance to deliver powerful document management and storage solutions to employee benefits agencies.
Under the terms of the alliance, Vertafore Benefits will integrate Computer by Design's suite of document management products with AgencyCenter, its state-of-the art agency workflow management system. Agencies that are using Vertafore Benefit's AgencyCenter application will have an opportunity to integrate the Computer by Design suite of products including:
- a powerful document management system that allows agencies to index, store and retrieve documents including scanned images, faxes, Microsoft Word documents and emails;
- a fast and cost-efficient document management scanning system to scan and index documents into an electronically managed format; and
- a document workflow suite that allows agencies to design custom workflows for documents such as off-line indexing, inbound imaging routing, and off-line document capture for branch offices.
