The PeopleSoft Conversion Tool Set

Developed in collaboration with SAP America, the PeopleSoft Tool Set provides its user with a reliable set of programs that quickly and safely move PeopleSoft-housed data from Excel templates to SAP R/3.

Data is usually extracted using standard SQL extraction tools. Because of the Tool Set's complete design, there is no need to define any relationships or joins between PeopleSoft tables during the extraction process.

One-to-one mapping relationships are provided by the Tool Set between PeopleSoft fields and SAP R/3 fields. Depending on business needs, some field values can be translated into newly-defined values using cross-reference capabilities.

Key advantages gained by using this Tool Set are flexible cross-referencing capabilities, simple extraction requirements through use of the Tool Set's templates, and removing the time, cost and risk of ABAP/4 development.

The PeopleSoft Conversion Tool Set has been developed by Annance and is maintained to support current SAP HR infotypes in collaboration with SAP America. This tool set is available to license.
