TeleSage, Inc.
Whether it is a primary care clinic within healthcare using SmartQuest to screen patients for depression and substance abuse before a check-up, an auto dealer who wants recent car purchasers to call in to fill out a satisfaction survey, or a call center who wants to enter new survey markets with IVR to enhance their CATI applications, our customers appreciate the flexibility and affordability of SmartQuest. Because of its low cost, SmartQuest enables many such businesses to benefit from automated telephone survey technology, whereas formerly they would not have been able to afford it.
TeleSage has developed SmartQuest with the help of National Institutes of Health innovative technology grants as well as capital investment from other parties. Originally specializing in systems designed to administer healthcare surveys, TeleSage is a leader in affordable telephone survey technology and web-based survey administration. TeleSage is expanding its product line to incorporate other automated survey technologies. Telesage is integrating web survey design into its SmartQuest products, so that by May, 2001, customers will be able simultaneously to create web-based and automated telephone surveys on any standard PC. SmartQuest will store results of both survey modes in the same SQL databases. Another product, SmartSend, is an enhancement to SmartQuest, in that it automatically generates and sends reports on survey results via e-mail or fax to designated recipients.
Founded by Benjamin Brodey MD, MPH, a graduate of MIT and Harvard Medical School, TeleSage brought automated telephone survey systems and web solutions to the healthcare community that were more user-friendly, reliable, and inexpensive than ever before. Headquartered in Seattle, WA, TeleSage ships its outcomes tracking systems to companies nationwide. TeleSage SmartQuest is designed for a broad range of users and applications, including business administration, research, education, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
