SkillsVillage Xchange:
The SkillsVillage Xchange is the place where our clients go to match their project requirements with the best available IT contractor talent. Clients search through an aggregation of contractors, and can review the Digital Portfolio of each candidate to verify their skills and work experience. The Xchange features a suite of software agents and tools that facilitate communication between the contractor and the client. Both parties can contact each other to indicate their interest, schedule interviews, and even make and accept offers online.

Basic Search
- You can search for contractors using basic search criteria, such as hourly rate, location, and desired position.

Advanced Search
- The advanced search lets you search for contractors using more detailed criteria, such as specific skill requirements.

Saved Searches
- You can define your most frequently used search criteria and save it for future searches.

Find User
- Use this "user name" search to find more information about a specific contractor.

Xchange History
- This is a summary of your selected contractors that tracks your bid activities and records all communications between you and your contractors.
