Skills Testing

We use these products to test the skills of our employees, which helps us select the best person for each job.
Some of these products are also available for our customers' use, but may only be administered at your local Manpower office. Please contact your local office for pricing and availability, as it varies by location.

Predicta measures the ability to sort documents by number, letter and into specific categories by following a set of rules.

SureSkill identifies the level of proficiency on any of the popular word processing operating systems, spreadsheets, presentation graphics and database applications.

Ultraskill identifies word processing operators who have the right level of ability for the work you need done.

PhoneSkill measures voice quality, telephone manner, clarity and command of language.

Teleskill reveals the ability to multi-task, develop customer rapport, sell products and services and more in a contact center environment.

Data Entry tests measure keying, batch header and other skills as well as the ability to think logically and exercise good judgment on the job.

Ultradex includes a battery of tests designed specifically for supplemental industrial staffing. Tests measure seven task-specific skills and abilities: PCB and Small Parts Assembly; Coordinated Rapid Movement; Sorting and Checking; Tool-Related Assembly; Logging Production; and Inspection.
