Service And Support Key To Millward Brown's Selection Of Halogen Employee Performance Management Solutions

Global research company to use Halogen eAppraisal and Halogen e360 to establish consistent multi-rater/self-appraisal processes

Ottawa - A global marketing research agency Millward Brown has chosen Halogen Software Inc., a provider of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) solutions, to begin the first phase of seamlessly employing high-quality employee 360 assessments and employee appraisals in 75 offices across 43 countries.

Prior to choosing Halogen's award-winning solutions, Millward Brown, one of the world's leading research companies, had been using several incompatible feedback and appraisal systems, both automated and paper-based. This incompatibility made it impossible to assure a consistent level of quality across the board and made it difficult to track who had received appraisals. Appraisals ranged from a structured process to a talk over coffee depending on where they were performed.

It was a labor and resource intensive exercise to determine the status of appraisals from office to office and country to country using Millward Brown's previous collection of appraisal systems. Now, with Halogen e360, they can monitor the status of all 360-feedback processes as well as completion statistics in real time. This ability allows for processes to be run smoothly and ensures more evaluations are completed on schedule.
