"To meet our customers' needs, we have added more product-specific information as well as regulatory agency documents and legal information," said Keith Smoak, Operations Manager, who joined the company in July. "Visitors can find this information faster on the redesigned site because links to key areas have moved to a higher level, means fewer clicks for the user."

The site contains eight reorganized sections containing such information as extensive product descriptions, regulatory agency documents, a career center, and a first-time user demo. "We expect our revamped site will attract more customers to stay longer, as it is now better aligned with their thinking as they seek information or order reports."
