Qwiz And ePredix Announce Merger
Creates full-service pre-employment and employee development source for organizations of all sizes
Atlanta - Qwiz, Inc., a supplier of web-based pre-employment hard skills testing, announces its merger with ePredix, Inc., a provider of soft skills assessment and employee development content, and Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, Inc. (PDRI), a wholly owned subsidiary of ePredix and provider of human capital strategy and performance management research. The combination of these organizations creates the top provider of web-based pre-employment testing and assessment services in the United States, capable of delivering a comprehensive suite of content, applications and consulting services to meet the pre-employment and employee development needs of organizations of all sizes and all industries. The transaction is the result of the collaborative effort of the individual companies and private investment firm, Veronis Suhler Stevenson, which along with executive management provided funding. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Since 1986, Qwiz products have verified the hard skills of over 40 million job applicants for clients in more than 14 countries including North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. For 50 years, ePredix solutions have been at the forefront of innovation in workforce management. ePredix has created a library of assessment and development tools that predict and enhance job performance at all levels. Over half of the Fortune 500 companies have used ePredix to assess and develop more than 40 million people. PDRI specializes in developing and refining strategies for predicting and measuring human behavior in areas such as job performance, turnover and absen¬teeism, job satisfaction, employee motivation, and development needs.

The merged organization is based in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Washington, D.C., and Tampa, Florida. The Qwiz, ePredix and PDRI products and brands will continue to be marketed in their current form until a new name for the merged company is chosen.
