For salespeople in specialty and high fashion retailers. Content focuses on selling, service and professionalism skills. Implemented in four sessions, of 2 to 4 hours in length. Can be used as two 1/2 day sessions, or as one full day session. Program includes six, 1-2 hour follow-up sessions designed to reinforce and expand on the initial workshops.
