PrimePay Named A Leader On 2019 Payroll FrontRunners Quadrant

Second year for PrimePay’s distinction on list that highlights top software products.

West Chester, PA (PRWEB) - PrimePay, a national payroll and HR provider, was recently recognized as the number one enterprise payroll vender for the March 2019 FrontRunners Payroll Management software. This is the second year in a row that PrimePay has earned this distinction. Powered by Gartner Methodology, FrontRunner highlight the top software products for U.S. small businesses.

Over 250 payroll management software products were evaluated to create the FrontRunners payroll management software. The scores given were based on usability and user recommendations from real user ratings.

“We are honored to earn this recognition for the second year in a row. I’m proud of our team for working hard to deliver the highest of standards for our clients – and it’s nice to know our clients appreciate it,” said PrimePay CEO Bill Pellicano.

The usability score is based on two criteria: end-user ratings of one to five stars on the product’s ease of use and the product’s functionality. The user recommended score is based on end-user ratings of one to five stars on how valuable users consider the product to be relative to its price and how likely they are to recommend the product to others.

The overall score is weighted by products that:

  • Have at least 20 reviews published within the previous 18 months and meet minimum user rating scores.
  • Offer a core set of functionality. For payroll, the core features include: payroll management, time tracking, and running payroll.

The companies selected were then categorized into two FrontRunner categories: Small Vendors and Enterprise Vendors. Depending on the needs of a software buyer, any of the categories could be a good fit.

The Small Vendors graphic highlights qualifiers from smaller (by employee size) vendors, while the Enterprise Vendors graphic displays qualifiers for larger (by employee size) vendors.

What makes PrimePay number one in the Enterprise category?

PrimePay was awarded a 4.65 out of 5 usability score and a 4.54 out of 5 user recommended score, bring the total score to 9.84 out of 10. Leaders are all-around strong products that offer a wide range of functionality to a wide range of customers. These products are considered highly valuable by customers.

Manuel from Bouchard Communications Group, reviewed PrimePay on Capterra, which helped land the company on the leaderboard.

“Takes all of the payroll, taxes, deductions/withholdings, etc., fears away. As a user, I have true confidence that all of my payroll actions are correct, and reporting/recording is accurate. The ready-accessible reports features are excellent. All supported by an expert staff, (should you ever need help) who is one phone call away,” he wrote.
