Performance Assessment Network, Inc. Adds SHL Assessments to Online Testing Catalogue

Leading Aggregator of Online Test Content Distributes Instruments for Virtually Every Human Resource Assessment Need

Carmel, ID - Performance Assessment Network, Inc. ("pan"), a leader in online assessment and talent management systems, is pleased to announce a strategic marketing agreement with SHL, Ltd. that enables pan to distribute SHL instruments and reports to its already-established, growing network of customers in North and South America.

Among the SHL assessments that pan will now offer is the well-known Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). Grounded upon a work-based model of personality, the OPQ provides a framework for understanding the role of personality in the workplace and its impact on job function. Various reports can be generated from the OPQ including those suitable for selection, development and team building. Additional instruments that will be distributed include the NCT1 and NMT4, which assess an individual's ability to interpret and think critically about numerical data.

"Adding the OPQ and other SHL assessment inventories to our catalogue is a great move for pan as well as our customers, providing them with access to these well-known personality and managerial selection instruments," commented David T. Pfenninger, Ph.D., chairman and CEO of pan. "The recognition of these popular SHL assessments makes them a perfect match with pan's efforts to provide the best testing solutions in the industry to our customers."
