PeopleSoft and Callidus Partner To Offer Sales Management Tools

Callidus Software has entered a global software alliance partnership with PeopleSoft, Inc. to offer Callidus Software's TrueComp as a commission management system integrated with PeopleSoft Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).

The companies said human resource managers will benefit from TrueComp's reporting and analysis of commission payments and TrueComp's ability to increase payee satisfaction through Web-based commission reports and reduced commission payment errors. In addition, TrueComp provides a system that can be modified easily by non-technical users to help HR keep commission plans aligned with evolving corporate goals.

Under the agreement, Callidus Software's TrueComp commission management system will integrate with the human resources application within the 8.0 release of PeopleSoft HRMS. The agreement builds on the growing shared client base of companies that already use both PeopleSoft and TrueComp. TrueComp will be sold and implemented by Callidus Software, but may also be implemented by PeopleSoft or one of Callidus Software's official implementation partners around the world.
