OnTrack Workflow Assistant Software

DKSystems has created OnTrack Workflow Assistant, a workflow automation tool to help streamline your entire organization's training needs. Together with OnTrack for Training, OnTrack Workflow Assistant is designed to assist corporate training departments by automating their everyday tasks, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tasks that can be automated include responding to training requests, running scheduled reports, and even the process of importing data on a scheduled basis.

Out-of-the-box, OnTrack Workflow Assistant provides standard workflow events. A few examples of standard workflow events are notification, report delivery, and monitoring events.

For example, a standard notification event might trigger a confirmation e-mail to be sent to an employee when the employee's class registration is confirmed.

A report delivery event can generate and deliver specified reports at specified intervals. For example, after each class is completed, OnTrack Workflow Assistant can deliver course attendance reports to training managers.

Monitoring events are e-mail alerts that are based on conditions that exist in OnTrack for Training at a future time. For example, if an employee has checked out an item from the resource library, and the item becomes overdue, the employee is automatically notified via e-mail that the item must be returned.

Or, if an employee's certification requirement is due to expire, OnTrack Workflow Assistant will send out an timely e-mail reminder notice. This process allows learning management staff to focus on their projects, rather than spending hours each day wrapped up in administrative red tape.
