Nomura selects Concur Expense for expense management

Nomura Securities plc, one of the world's leading finance houses, has selected Concur Technologies Inc.'s' Concur Expense, as its entertainment expense management solution.

Nomura is initially deploying the solution to 1,100 users in the United Kingdom. "We need to both simplify our business processes and provide significantly increased levels of automation to reduce the burden on claimants, authorizers, and administrators," said Clive Andrews, head of financial technology at Nomura UK. "Equally important is the need to substantially improve management information, particularly in respect to client related expenditures.

Concur Expense automates each step of the travel and entertainment expense management process- from expense report preparation and approval to policy compliance, reimbursement, and data analysis-to increase traveler and back-office productivity while uncovering critical travel spending trends.

Redmond, Wash.-based Concur Technologies automates expense management processes, including travel and entertainment expense management, employee requests for vendor payments, time tracking and reporting, and human resources self-service.
