NA-Survey Analysis Tool

NA-Survey is a generation and analysis tool for both web-based and e-mail based customer surveys. It has the following features:

1) Uses technology of the Web to enable customer feedback.

2) Server-less which means that you don't have to invest in expensive and complicated software to administer the system.

3) Add, change, delete up to 200 questions for each survey. End-user name text-box is automatically generated.

4) Each question can be composed of virtually an unlimited amount of text. Cut and paste within survey editor enables you to easily import quotes or text from any automated source

5) Surveys can be composed of fill-ins (essays), choose one from the list or choose many from the list.

6) Each question for an HTML-based survey can be accompanied by an image (gif file or jpeg file)

7) Each question can be accompanied by an unlimited number of hyperlinks (hyperlink editor is as easy to use as Edit/Cut or paste).

8) Survey stored as an HTML file to be used on any Web-enabled PC (Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer) or e-mail text file.

9) Survey packager lets you create a single e-mailable or uploaded .exe file which contains all images and HTML files. Packager permits you to create a readme.txt file as well.

10) Setup enables you to specify e-mail address to which surveys can be mailed back for analysis

11) Analysis module enables you to retrieve results from your mailbox, print reports, produce plots and export results to a spreadsheet.
