LOKI Systems Announces Enriched Integration Of Advanced Payroll With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance And Operations Benefit Management

Integration provides seamless collaboration for employees, HR, and Payroll teams with Advanced Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Port Coquitlam, BC and Burlingame, CA (PRWEB) - LOKI Systems, a Magnit company (formerly PRO Unlimited) and leading developer of comprehensive payroll solutions, today announced the integration of Advanced Payroll with the new Benefits Management functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, providing a seamless process that connects employees’ payroll and benefits activities.

By further extending its integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Advanced Payroll can now be configured to automatically include an employee’s benefit enrollment into payroll processing as soon as it is confirmed in Microsoft’s Human Resources platform. It will transact the relevant employee and employer contributions, either as a simple recurring amount or a percentage of appropriate earning values or as a more complex calculation that leverages Advanced Payroll’s powerful calculation engine. Advanced Payroll’s native effective dating respects the worker enrollment date ranges assigned through Benefits Management, including future start dates and rate changes.

“Our goal is to continue to add features and functionality to Advanced Payroll that add value and reduce costs for our clients,” commented Louise Coatta, VP Product at LOKI Systems. “The Advanced Payroll integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Benefits Management results in more accurate payroll transactions with less effort by providing all participants in the process with appropriate access to the rich functionality of Microsoft Human Resources. This expansion of Advanced Payroll’s process automation enables seamless collaboration of the organizations’ employees, HR teams, and Payroll teams to coordinate delivering the right employee benefits and the right employee payments.”

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources Benefits Management module supports multiple benefit options and sophisticated eligibility rules. It also enables self-service access for employees to review their benefits and select optional enrollments. The benefit administrator functionality supports efficient management of new hire configuration, life event processing, and open enrollment oversight. Benefit Management is the most recent addition to Advanced Payroll's rich collaboration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and processes. From HR management of the employee lifecycle to payroll cost postings to project management and accounting, accounts receivable invoices, and the general ledger for dependable, fully integrated control of a critical corporate expense.

Advanced Payroll is delivered as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations module, secure and scalable in the Microsoft Azure cloud. For more information about LOKI System’s Advanced Payroll solution, visit https://www.lokisys.com.
