Employment Practices Solutions adds consultants in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Dallas

Ms. Balaban joins EPS after practicing employment law with the firm of Casper & de Toledo in Stamford, Connecticut. While in Connecticut, Ms. Balaban served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. She joined EPS in Connecticut, but recently returned to Los Angeles. Ms. Balaban received her law degree from the University of Southern California where she received the Eleanor Shattuck Award for potential as an outstanding member of the legal profession.
Mr. Buda practiced employment law in California for six years with the national employment firm Littler Mendelson, before starting his own consulting business where he mediated in excess of 100 employment disputes and participated in over 8 years of training seminars designed to educate management on key employment practices issues. Mr. Buda relocated to Atlanta in 1995 where he continued his consulting business prior to joining EPS.
Ms. Weathersby assists EPS's home office in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex after practicing employment law with the employment law firm of Thomas L. Case & Associates in Dallas for the past five years. She has conducted preventive training and successfully defended Fortune 500 and small employers in a myriad of employment discrimination and wrongful termination cases.
