Kenexa's Workforce Intelligence Solution Named 2006 Codie Award Finalist
Company Receives Software & Information Industry Association Honors in Best HR Solution Category
Wayne, PA - Kenexa, a provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, announced that its Workforce Intelligence solution has been selected by the Software & Information Industry Association as a finalist in the Best Human Resources Solution category for the 2006 Codie Awards.
Kenexa Workforce Intelligence is a unique tool that enables corporate executives, hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to fine-tune hiring practices and talent management programs through a roles-based dashboard of key performance metrics and interactive, ad hoc reporting.
"It is an honor to have Kenexa Workforce Intelligence recognized among many high-caliber products in the software and information industry," said Rudy Karsan, Kenexa's Chief Executive Officer. "By combining a flexible, easy-to-use reporting solution with industry-leading services, Kenexa Workforce Intelligence is designed to help our customers meet the challenges of today's competitive recruiting environment. Being named a Codie Award finalist further demonstrates Kenexa's commitment to providing innovative technology solutions to accelerate talent acquisition and improve quality of hire."
The Codie Awards, which were established in 1986, are the only peer-recognition awards program of its kind in the industry. The award finalists are judged in two extensive rounds of reviews -- first by representatives from the software trade press, mainstream technology writers and experts in education technology, and finally by voting members of the SIIA, the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry.
"The 21st Annual Codie Awards continue the tradition of honoring the best of the software, information and education technology industries," said Ken Wasch, SIIA President. "When one considers the number of outstanding companies that competed this year, being named a Codie Awards Finalist is a significant achievement."
