Julie Pierce Williams Named VP/GM of BNA Communications Inc.'s Consulting Group

BNA Communications Inc. (BNAC) announced that Julie Pierce Williams, a 15-year veteran of organizational change consulting, has been named Vice President and General Manager of their Consulting Group. This announcement comes as BNAC, a LearnCom company, celebrates its 50th-anniversary as a leading provider of human resource solutions for diversity management, sexual harassment prevention, and employment law.

For 3 years, Ms. Pierce Williams has been instrumental in building BNAC's Consulting Group, spearheading partnerships with numerous Fortune 1000 companies such as Merrill Lynch, Prudential Insurance, and General Dynamics Land Systems. Providing the vision for BNAC's newest products, she also acted as instructional designer and executive producer for BNAC's award-winning diversity workshop, Diverse Communications: Investing in Relationships, and The Diversity Council Companion: Putting Your Vision into Action.

Ms. Pierce Williams came to BNAC as a professional consultant in the areas of cross-cultural communication, valuing and managing diversity, organizational development, sexual harassment prevention, recruitment in a diverse workplace, team building, change management, conflict resolution, and multicultural issues in education. She has worked with corporations, governmental agencies, small businesses, non-profits, and private institutions, combining her consulting with financial management, operations and organizational administration.

She has been a keynote speaker and presenter on a variety of workplace and educational issues both domestically and internationally. She has appeared on NBC Nightly News, in the Associated Press and other national news outlets as a human resources subject matter expert. Ms. Pierce Williams received her B.A. from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Georgia and her M.A. in Psychological Counseling from Teacher's College, Columbia University in New York, New York.
