iCIMS Ranks Among Top 10 Best Medium-sized Companies To Work For In New Jersey

Leading Provider of Web-based Hiring Management Solutions Receives Ninth Place Ranking

Hazlet, NJ - iCIMS, a provider of Web-based Hiring Management Solutions, announced that the company has been recognized among the top 10 medium-sized companies as part of "The Best Places to Work in New Jersey" program. Each of the ranking companies will be featured in the May 1, 2006, issue of NJBIZ.

During the recent Best Places to Work in New Jersey awards ceremony, iCIMS was honored with a ninth place ranking in the medium category consisting of companies with 25 to 199 employees. In its second year, the award program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey; that is, those organizations that show dedication to their employees' growth and quality of life. The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is comprised of 50 companies split into two groups: 25 medium-sized companies and 25 large-sized companies (more than 200 employees).

"It is an honor for iCIMS to receive recognition as one of the best places to work in New Jersey," stated Colin Day, CEO of iCIMS. "This is exciting recognition for iCIMS as a company, but more importantly, this honor is a testament to our workforce, a team of highly motivated and committed individuals that have made the success of iCIMS possible. This award is a reflection of their efforts, and I am pleased that NJBIZ has chosen to acknowledge their hard work and contribution to New Jersey's growing business community."

More than 325 organizations use iCIMS' iRecruiter suite of hiring management solutions for their talent management initiatives. Each of iCIMS' solutions is based on a flexible and highly configurable technology platform that allows organizations of any size to meet current hiring needs as well as plan for long-term workforce goals. iCIMS also offers comprehensive customer support, consulting and technical services to ensure clients get the most from their use of iRecruiter.

The 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey were determined from a two-part process that consisted of an evaluation of each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics in addition to an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in New Jersey with assistance from ModernThink, LLC, an employee management consulting firm that analyzed the data and determined the final rankings. This year's award program was produced by NJBIZ and sponsored by J.H. Cohn, Reed Smith and Novo Nordisk. A list of the final rankings can be viewed at www.njbiz.com.
