iAdmin
The iAdmin system automatically processes employee information, such as location and eligibility, which it receives from an employer¹s HRIS and/or payroll system. iAdmin can communicate with virtually any payroll system and regularly uploads employee contribution data for payroll deductions, saving time and money while greatly reducing payroll errors. As each employee is offered only the plans for which he or she is eligible, the iBenefits suite of tools is especially ideal for the administration and enrollment of multiple plans.
iAdmin¹s reporting capabilities put information at the fingertips of benefit administrators and their brokers or consultants. Census reports, individual election summaries and collective enrollments by plan are just a few of the features that help employers and brokers better estimate the needs and preferences of employees. With easy pull-down menus, users can simply select the type of report they wish to create, and iAdmin will generate it. Report data can also be exported to Excel spreadsheets for further analysis. Since iAdmin reports always reflect the latest information on company-wide enrollment, they can also be used as a basis for comparison against insurance premium billing.
