Services Designed to Strengthen Customers’ Learning Strategy

East Moline, IL (PRWEB) - Leading technology services and outsourcing partner for global companies, YASH Technologies™, today announced the launch of its Human Capital Management (HCM) Learning Services portfolio. The learning services are provided for the SAP® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) andSuccessFactors cloud human resources (HR) solutions. As global organizations invest in enhancing their HCM system environments, YASH’s learning services will complement the overall learning strategy, helping to improve system adoption, compliance and return on investment.

Organizations often overlook the impact timely training can have on the overall success of an HCM system or application initiative. When training is performed as an afterthought once the system has been implemented, metrics often show low user adoption and complaints about the system. By integrating training into the system project plan, organizations can proactively address potential issues, avoiding later problems and saving the organization valuable time and resources.

“Our customers have been asking us about training services to complete the portfolio of services we offer around SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, and we are excited to fulfill these requests with a dynamic learning curriculum,” comments Steve Horn, director, training and presales services at YASH Technologies. “Our organization has invested in deepening our HCM practice capabilities, and we intend to approach our learning services with the passion and service excellence that YASH is known for.”

YASH Technologies offers two types of training to prepare organizations for implementing their new HR system or solution.

Project team orientation (PTO) training - Vital after the kickoff of the implementation to prepare teams for their project. YASH’s PTO course curriculum and training systems are used to deliver this training, which includes overview and administrator courses for each module. Course lengths generally vary between 8 and 16 hours, depending on the module and topic being covered, and are taught by YASH’s expert learning staff.

End-user training - Important before go-live to prepare end users for working with their new HCM systems. End-user training materials are tailored to match the setup and configuration of the customer’s new SAP ERP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions. Training materials are personalized to include the client’s business process information.

Training programs can be customized per client needs and can be offered on site at the client’s facilities or at one of YASH’s HCM Learning Centers.

YASH experts will be available to discuss the HCM learning services portfolio at HR2014 event in Orlando, FL, March 11-14. Visit booth #425 to find out more. Additional information can be found at http://hcmlearning.yash.com/or at http://www.yash.com.
