HR Technology Webinars On Tap Will Provide Tremendous Insight To The HR Industry
Frisco, TX - HRchitect, the leader in HR systems strategic consulting and the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management systems consulting firm, will present nine webinars over the next six weeks. These webinars will focus on Vurv customers, Decision Drivers you should use when selecting an HR system, HR Systems Strategic Planning, and last but certainly not least, the HRchitect Vendor Beauty Pageant.
"We've spent years educating businesses on Talent Management solutions and are now trying to bring some of that insight to the masses through an ongoing series of webinars," stated Matt Lafata, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for HRchitect. "While all of these webinars will provide enlightenment, I am particularly excited about our Beauty Pageant series which is generating a tremendous amount of interest and it's great to see how the vendor community is embracing the concept."
Each ‘Beauty Pageant' will focus on a different category of HR technology such as Talent Management Systems, Talent Acquisition Systems, and Human Resource Information Systems and will feature up to six contestants (or vendors). The contestants are all top vendors in each specific category. First up are Talent Acquisition Systems and Talent Management Systems, both being held in November, and then HRIS and Learning Management Systems to be held in December.
For the Talent Acquisition webinar on November 14, current vendors that will be featured include ADP-VirtualEdge, Authoria, iCIMS, MrTed and SilkRoad. For the Talent Management Systems webinar, which will take place on November 21, it will feature Cornerstone OnDemand, Halogen Software, Plateau, Salary.com and Workscape.
"We are expecting these webinars to not only educate on this elite group of vendors but also be fun for the presenters and attendees," continued Lafata. "We've developed a format to help guide each vendor with suggestions on what to cover and it has been loosely based on what you would see in a beauty pageant. The Evening Gown portion is where we expect the vendors to come out in their best "outfit" and then the Swimsuit portion is where they will show skin and how "pretty" they are. Then of course there will be the Talent portion and the Interview piece where questions will be taken from the audience. It should be a lot of fun!"
In addition to vendor participation, HRchitect will provide an invaluable overview of the Talent Management marketplace, along with observations and predictions.
"Where Should Vurv Customers Go From Here?" is another extremely timely webinar and is directed at Vurv customers in light of the acquisition that took place a number of months ago by Taleo. This webinar will be presented three times over the next few weeks and will not only give a good overview of the Talent Acquisition Systems marketplace and the vendors but will talk about the background of the acquisition and the three main options that we see available to Vurv customers at this point.
