HR Management System's Attendance Module

Perfect Softwareows' Visual Attendance module is designed to make entering attendance information simple and easy. Users can view the entire attendance history on a single screen, and can enter vacation, sick, or personal days by selecting the dates with their mouse and clicking "Apply." In addition, the screen displays different types of absenses in different colors. The module also displays birthdays, anniversary dates, and company holidays.

The system module allows managers to review each employees attendance record and, if needed, managers can enter the time directly off of their desktop. According to the manufacturer, the module can define any attendance plan, whether straightforward or balance forward, and the system is configured for this plan before it is installed.

The module is included with the purchase of hr Windows, a human resource management system designed for use by HR managers and information systems professionals.
