Hire-Rite is a Workplace Attitudinal Assessment System which allows a company to measure those attitudes and behaviors which are most important to their workplace. The HireRite survey is simple, effective, accurate and affordable. It provides employers key interviewing insights. Knowing the likelihood that a potential employee has desirable or undesirable traits gives the interviewer helpful insights gained from the HireRite survey.
HireRite is completed via a telephone interview done by an Interactive Voice Response survey system, on the Internet or paper and pencil. The survey results are scored and immediately available on the administrator's website.
