Solution Helps Harris Teeter Align Employee Performance with Organizational Goals
WAYNE, PA - Kenexa®, a global leader in innovative human resource solutions, today announced that Matthews, North Carolina-based Harris Teeter has implemented Kenexa CareerTracker®, the Company's flagship performance management solution. This Web-based system has replaced Harris Teeter's paper-based process to optimize workforce productivity by providing the platform for ongoing career development and performance management for the southern food market chain's more than 14,000 associates in 140 locations.
Harris Teeter's initial roll out of Kenexa CareerTracker began in September 2004 for more than 1,500 associates. Phase Two will be implemented for the remaining associates in early 2005.
