eXude Benefits Group's Relationship With Philadelphia Non-Profit Community Grows Stronger

Philadelphia, PA - eXude Benefits Group established strong ties to the region's non-profit community early on in its inception. The Company – provider of benefits for both profit and non-profit organizations – has watched its roster of non-profit clients grow exponentially.

"Whenever I've had money, I've given some of it away," explained Marcos Lopez, the firm's president and CEO. "I want the business to be the same way. When you give to the community, it feels great and that feeling trickles down to our employees as well."

The National Constitution Center selected eXude over fifteen years ago, and now utilizes the firm and its affiliates, eXperience and eXcel, for health benefits, HR consulting support and retirement plan administration for their 150 employees. eXude has monetarily supported the National Constitution Center on an annual basis and attends numerous fund-raising events. Vince Stango, vice president of HR and administration, remarked, "Our employees have access to real people at eXude, not just a toll-free number. The personal attention makes all the difference."

eXude manages the health and life insurance benefits plans for all 83 ActionAIDS employees, provides HR consulting support, and is a corporate sponsor of their fundraising event again this year. "We've had different groups and brokers for our benefits packages over the years," stated Kevin Burns, executive director for ActionAIDS. "But eXude's commitment to working with non-profits is exceptional. They should be commended for their efforts."

As part of the Company's own benefits package, eXude permits employees to volunteer their time with non-profit organizations during the work week and matches each employee's personal charitable contribution by 100% up to $250. The firm was named "Best Places to Work" by Philadelphia Business Journal for the third time in a row.
