Employee Personality Profile Software

Wonderlic Inc.ve Personality Profile (CCP) is a software solution that includes an 88-item questionnaire and is commonly used for sales, service, management and team building. The CPP is specifically designed to describe an individual's character in terms of job-related strengths and weaknesses.

Reports are tailored to provide specific types of information, such as a candidate's personality traits in terms of compatibility with a wide variety of administrative, sales and management job functions. It also offers reports that make specific recommendations that help managers more efficiently "target manage" employees to peak performance. The software comes in English, French and Spanish language versions. Its PC version can be administered with paper and pencil scoring or scored using a PC.
