An employee benefit and a management tool. Short-term counseling designed to help your employees address personal and work-related problems.
An employee benefit and a management tool. Short-term counseling designed to help your employees address personal and work-related problems. This service is provided by licensed clinicians, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, nationwide. EAPs are usually provided to both the employee and their family members at no charge to the employee. Benefits for implementing an EAP include: increase productivity, increase morale, fewer workers compensation claims, professional consultation to help your manager/supervisors deal with troubled or troublesome employees, and helps lessen absenteeism and turnover.

Each EAP is designed around your company's specific needs and issues. Whether your company is a family owned business, a Fortune 500 company, a non-profit organization or a government entity, Business Health Services (BHS) can design a program that is right for your employees.

Since 1983, BHS has been specializing solely in the provision of EAPs and related services, which allows us to concentrate our attention and energy on exemplary customer service and state of the art programming.
