Property & Casualty Claims

  • Multiple Lines of Coverage for P&C and Risk Management are configurable by the user, making the ECLIPSE suite a complete Risk Management tool!
  • Multiple Claimants Per Claim is a standard default in the P&C module, allowing you to track all claimants involved in a claim.
  • Full Policy Information is captured at each level of organization and detailed by risk class code. This permits ratio-based analysis reporting through the org premium report.
  • Claim Reserve and Maintenance can be configured with Auto Reserving, which prevents the occurrence of negative reserves and permits reserving "on the fly" within the payment entry process. The Auto Indemnity" feature automatically reserves and generates a series of indemnity payments over an extended time period.
  • Deductibles for All Financials can be set at the time of claim or modified during the claim process.
  • Verification of Coverage for each claim is the key to data integrity and is referenced against the actual policy information.
  • Multi-Level Account Organization and Reporting allows your System Administrator to configure an unlimited number of organizational levels by account. Use this function for reporting, check or payment voucher generation and controlled system access.
  • Legal and Reinsurance Components are shared and are available in the P&C module to enhance the scope of the users' responsibilities.
  • Flexible Notepads and Journal allow the adjuster to document each aspect of the claim. Through the use of imaging, any claim-related document can be attached to a journal or notepad for easy recall. A flexible reminder system prompts the user at specified intervals for action or for the review of specified claims.
  • Extensive Reporting Capabilities puts the data you need at your fingertips. From Multi-level Loss and Causal Analysis to Liability Comparison Reports and much more. An integrated Ad-Hoc Report Writer, shared between all modules, permits the generation of reports in the format that best suits your requirements. Use one of our report formats as a template, or create your own.
  • Audit Trials of all system transactions are available for each component in the system.
