With JAT Software's new and innovative application, e-PRINTVIEW PLUS, your employees can now request a W-2 reissue or correct their own W-2 address from any Web browser (i.e., Netscape, MS Internet Explorer, etc.), without involving your busy payroll staff with this tedious and time-consuming process. With e-PRINTVIEW, paper flow and phone calls to your payroll department are dramatically reduced.

Any employee can request a reissue or address correction through our secure Internet site by simply entering their user ID and password, as shown in the example below. All employee requests are recorded and tracked for your entire W-2 population. JAT will print and mail your employees' W-2 reissues based on the schedule you designate (i.e., daily, weekly or per quantity basis). Your employees can also check their reissue status to find out when their W-2 was mailed.
