SYSCOM Inc. today announced the formation of TrainingServer Inc., a new company dedicated to end-to-end learning solutions. Formerly a division of SYSCOM, Inc., TrainingServer has been providing learning management solutions since 1989. TrainingServer Inc., now an affiliate of SYSCOM Inc., is continuing the tradition of providing quality software and service.

TrainingServer will now have a dedicated, product-centric identity in the burgeoning e-learning industry.

It is headquartered in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, with locations in Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles and Singapore. New offices in the United States and Europe will be opening in 2000. In addition, TrainingServer will retain a close affiliation with SYSCOM Inc. and its 300+ consultants. SYSCOM is a diversified information technology services company servicing high-profile organizations such as IBM, Automobile Club of Southern California, McCormick Spice Co, Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina, and Andersen Consulting.

The new company provides the services and the software infrastructure to allow companies to manage all components of learning from meeting company-specific needs to providing a framework for inter-company relationships including e-commerce management.

The company provides end-to-end learning management solutions encompassing learning administration, supply chain, and customer resource management.
