Vouchers are easy to use; simple instructions on how to complete them accurately for fastest reimbursement are printed on the backs. Completed vouchers are faxed or mailed to WLB by either the employee or care provider for reimbursement. Voucher received by 2:00 pm (PT), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are processed for reimbursement the next business day.
