David Piltz, Training Specialist Gives Keynote At ISA Conference

David Piltz, Managing Partner of The Learning Key, Inc. will be a Keynote Speaker at the 9th ISA Fugitive Emissions LDAR Training & Symposium Conference being held in Austin Texas on May 21st , 2009 from 10:45 am to 11:15 pm on the topic, "Apply the Science of Learning to Decrease Turnover, Reduce Training Expense, and Increase Retention".
