The software allows users to specify an unlimited number of components in multiple incentive-compensation plans. User plans can track almost any meaningful performance metric, such as sales volumes, product profitability, company profitability, accounts receivable, cash flow, product quality and defect rates, response times, customer satisfaction, or days sales outstanding.

The software enables users to adjust compensation plans to reflect new business and market conditions, while tracking, logging, and maintaining every transaction and change. The software also features the ability to communicate results through Web-based and e-mail reporting across an enterprise, and to synchronize multiple sales channels.
