ChoicePoint acquires workplace substance abuse testing company

ChoicePoint will acquire ABI Consulting Inc., a leading third party administrator of workplace drug and alcohol testing programs. ABI has designed a comprehensive substance abuse program to increase the safety and productivity of workplaces without increasing administrative tasks. The acquisition of ABI will support ChoicePoint's customers through advanced risk management capabilities such as on-site screening services.
