According to the company, in 2006, it continues to cover market adoption of service delivery approaches related to outsourcing decisions and reports that "rather than a move to HR business process outsourcing, CedarCrestone sees a strong move in the market towards selective outsourcing."

Commenting on the findings of the survey, CedarCrestone CEO, Neil Boyer, says "The 2006 survey results show market maturity in its adoption of administrative and self service technologies coupled with widespread interest in addressing organizational issues of acquiring skilled talent with talent acquisition solutions, aligning organizational and individual goals through performance management solutions, and moving towards metrics-based management with performance measurement technologies. The information presented in the survey provides the justification and prioritization support needed for organizations to benefit from HCM solutions at all phases of workforce technologies adoption."

Highlights from the CedarCrestone 2006 HCM Survey include the following:

  • Results achieved are both strategic and financial.
