VRG's premier service, Candidate Research, provides organizations with a highly effective sourcing solution for locating difficult to find talent. Candidate Research is a targeted, focused approach to researching and securing high-quality candidates to meet specific skill set needs not found through traditional sourcing mechanisms. We provide screened candidate resumes for your high-volume recruiting challenges. This service is most effective for companies who need to hire a minimum of 5+ employees in a specialty skill set, or with difficult to find product, industry or niche market experience.

Our Guarantee*:
If we do not provide the number of qualified candidate resumes we commit to deliver within the first four weeks of the project with an 80% match rate to your specs, we will reduce our invoice by the appropriate portion of our billable hours on a per candidate delivery basis. We will determine the number of qualified candidates that we can source, screen and present in the first four weeks of the assignment based on our jointly developed and agreed upon specification. If we do not meet our delivery target, we will reduce your invoice by the prorata portion of billable hours. If we promise 4 qualified candidates in 4 weeks and only deliver 3, we will deduct 1/4 of the charges for our time and in essence, invoice you for only the results of our efforts - 3 candidates. This guarantee continues through the duration of the project, based on our delivery commitment to you. We will guarantee a specific number of qualified candidates that we will submit to you on a monthly basis. Again, should we fail to meet our defined deliverables, we will reduce our fees as described.
* This guarantee will not apply if the job specification or the scope of the research is modified. If it becomes necessary to make modifications, the project will be reassessed with appropriate delivery commitments.
