Brandon Hall Group Hosts HCM Excellence 18

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Conference begins January 30 at PGA National Resort and Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and runs through February 2, 2018.

Palm Beach Gardens, FL (PRWEB) - The #Excellence18 conference brings together more than 400 human capital management leaders from organizations in the functions of learning, talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition and workforce management/HR.

Brandon Hall Group is famous for its actionable human capital management research. At the conference, the firm delivers the same experience - leading practices from award-winning organizations along with checklists, self-assessments, models, frameworks, and other tools to convert insights from the sessions into measurable benefits after the conference. The focus is to arm organizations with the insights and tools they need to drive business results through HCM practices.

"Our conference is fueled by our prescriptive and predictive research. Our resident analysts and presenters - most of whom are winners of Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards -- offer bold predictions for the future - both the year ahead and beyond," said Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke. "In addition to great sessions, we offer tools and frameworks to help organizations implement the insights they learned at the conference and empower them for the future."

The keynote will be delivered by Roberta Matuson, known globally as The Talent Maximizer®. As a best-selling author of three books on human capital management, she will bring her flair for leadership and talent development to the main stage to share how companies to get the most from their talent.

Most presenters are winners of the coveted Brandon Hall Group Excellence awards in learning and development, talent management, talent acquisition, workforce management, HCM technology, and sales performance and enablement. The conference offers small-group dialogue sessions where attendees share challenges and success stories. Award-winners are celebrated in a gala event.

"Our Excellence Awards program is in the center of everything we do at the conference. It's more than just the awards ceremony; it's the value of sharing between executives and professionals of award-winning, progressive organizations," said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer and head of the 23rd annual awards program. "More than 40 award-winning companies are sharing their best practices in our sessions and with small-group dialogue sessions the crowd offers some great ideas."

On the night of Feb. 1, there is a celebration for the 2017 award-winners, with a ceremony, banquet and reception. Each organization will be brought on stage, highlighting their HCM program and how it benefits their company.
