Bernard Hodes Group Continues Support Of Human Capital Institute's Innovative Talent Solutions

Washington, D.C. - The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Bernard Hodes Group, a provider of integrated talent solutions, announced recently that Bernard Hodes Group has renewed its sponsorship of HCI's Innovative Talent Solutions learning and research track. The track is one of several topics addressed in HCI's Talent Leadership community of interest, a community HCI considers critical to organizations working to leverage human capital.

HCI and Bernard Hodes Group recognize that human resources departments are changing rapidly, given the importance placed on finding, hiring, and keeping talent today. With this in mind, the track, which builds on Harvard business professor Clayton Christensen's popular studies on game-changing innovation in management, explores case studies where the most innovative, unique, and unexpected paths to successful recruiting and retention have been forged.

"For organizations to gain clear, competitive advantage in today's business environment, it's important to examine strategies and ideas that truly disrupt the old way of doing things and usher in fresh, innovative approaches," said Allan Schweyer, HCI's President & Executive Director.

The Innovative Talent Solutions track showcases and discusses initiatives in interactive talent marketing, leveraging diversity, next practice branding, unique technology, and more. Carol Barber, Executive Vice President, Bernard Hodes Group serves on the national advisory board. A panel of expert advisors shares insight and information. The panel includes leading HR professionals such as Marietta Cozzi, Vice President of Staffing for Prudential Financial, Inc.; David Hausmann, Employment Specialist for BAE Systems-IEWS; and Tom Zinda, System Director of Recruitment & Employment Branding for Wheaton Franciscan Services, Inc. Also featured on the panel are Hodes experts Jeremy Shapiro, Vice President, E-Recruiting Solutions, Sandy Haeberlee, Senior Vice President, Health Care Division, and Loren Nelson, Vice President, Interactive Solutions.

Webcasts, white papers, education, and other resources provide human capital professionals with real and practical solutions from the path less traveled.

"Bernard Hodes Group is pleased to continue to support HCI's learning and research track," said Alan Schwartz, President and CEO of Bernard Hodes Group. "In the coming year, we look forward to sharing more innovative talent solutions with HCI members."
