Background Report Grading

GiS helps make the candidate screening process faster, easier and consistent by electronically evaluating information for customers.

Our background report grading program is based on the grading criteria you define. A grade (Pass, Review or Fail) is assigned to the areas of each background report, such as credit, employment verification, etc., as well as a grade for the overall report. Grades are "flagged" so they are easier to see. When viewing reports via the Internet, you can click the "flag" and be taken directly to the part of the report needing your attention.

If a report has an overall grade of Pass, there's no need to spend more time reviewing it. A grade of Review or Fail would require closer examination. Review or Fail grade would be for such things as adverse criminal history, falsification of information in an employment application, or unfavorable credit report information.
