ASSESS is an expert system that produces full assessment reports modeled after the type of assessment reports we write in our offices. This system can administer an assessment battery, score, norm and interpret the results to produce reports for Selection, Development or Career Management purposes from an Internet connection. This is a profile level, configural-judgement expert system we have developed and refined over the past 15 years. The professional norms are based on the results of over 10,000 people and additional occupational templates are available for 27 different types and levels of job positions. Since 1988, ASSESS has been available as a application for our clients first as a DOS-based then a Windows-based system. Since 1998, it has been available as a business-to-business application via the web.
