Ascentis Corporation Launches Partner Program
Growing partner base is provided with expansive resources to incorporate HROffice into their company business plan
Bellevue, WA - Due to the success of its partner recruitment efforts, Ascentis Corporation announces its partner program, providing partners with the tools they need to incorporate automated HR and benefits into their existing products and services portfolios.
Mike Hayes, Ascentis' Vice President of Sales and Marketing says, "We have moved from a direct sales model to a 90% indirect approach over the last 24 months. Given this channel strategy, we have designed a program to provide our partners with the tools they need to incorporate HROffice into their business plan." Hayes explains, "Our partners decide how much they want to work with Ascentis in selling HROffice. Whether they're an occasional reseller, sell solutions quarterly, or hitting it out of the park, we have a program for them."
Ascentis' program includes resellers, benefits administration groups, third party administrators, payroll service bureaus, HR consulting, and HR services partners. Hayes explains, "A unique differentiator for Ascentis partners is the ability they have to network with other partners who offer complementary products and services. For example, we have payroll administrator partners who work with our benefit broker partners to provide heightened levels of service to their combined customer base."
The Ascentis Partner Program consists of three defined levels: Partner, Certified Partner, and Gold Partner. Each level provides increased access to resources as well as Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, networking events, discounts on training and certification programs, and enhanced lead distribution.
Partner
All organizations enter at the Partner level. Ascentis provides the partner's sales team with training to best present HROffice in a specified market space. Partners will have access to Ascentis' partner website (Steps2Success).
Certified Partner
Once an organization reaches specific revenue milestones, the sales team completes free partner training courses, and the implementation team graduates from HROffice University, a partner reaches the Certified level. At this level, Ascentis introduces co-marketing dollars and additional networking activities so the partner can begin working with complementary partners for lead referral and client acquisition. Currently Kibble & Prentice, Cornerstone Benefits, and David M. Banet & Associates have achieved the Certified Partner status.
Gold Partner
At the Gold Partner level, increased sales will earn organizations additional co-marketing dollars and networking activities along with discounts for specialized training for services organization. Gold partners will be Ascentis' GTM first choice in a region. Gold partners have access to product councils, product management and sales management to help facilitate revenue growth, product co-operation, and joint development.
Kellie Stone, HR Support Unit Team Leader at Kibble & Prentice says, "Ascentis makes it easy for new partners to ramp up and quickly realize ROI on their investment. Kibble & Prentice easily reached the Certified Partner level thanks to Ascentis' expertise in the HRMS market space. Not only does Ascentis make it easy for us to demonstrate and sell automated HR and benefits to our clients, they successfully share their industry knowledge, are always available to help us conduct product demonstrations and answer questions, co-exhibit at trade shows and conferences, and so much more."
