Through www.virtualhrcenter.com, Achievement Tec provides a variety of services for an employer to use in applicant selection, as well as employee training and development. The Virtual HR Center (VHRC) is currently used by major companies including Marconi, Cendant Corporation, McGraw-Hill, Alliant Food Service, Avis, Welcome Wagon, CitiTravel, Toyota, Time Warner Cable, IKON, and Haverty's.

Achievement Tec also provides online, through its Virtual Human Resources Center (www.virtualhrcenter.com), on a fee-per-usage basis, the following services:

    E-commerce site, www.careerdirection.com, focuses on the hospitality industry. Achievement Tec conducts 65% of all job fairs in that industry across America. Approximately 70% of the employer tickets for the 158 U.S. job fairs for multi-unit restaurants in 2001 have now been committed. Participating companies include Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Wendy's Intl., Aramark, Bennigan's, Boston Market, Dave and Busters, Jason's Deli, Luby's, Tricon Global Restaurants, On the Border, Whataburger and others.

    Achievement Tec operates www.virtualhrcenter.com/wf for both Tarrant County, Texas, and greater New York City and is expanding its services to workforce agencies in New York City through its site, www.nycjobs.org.

    E-commerce site, www.mycareerdirection.com, was built to provide career direction to high school, trade school or college students, or adults looking for a new career or re-entering the workforce.

    Achievement Tec's application attraction and screening technology addresses and solves needs companies have in the human resources arena, since applications are screened by area of the country, education, skills, experience and behaviors as related to the requirements of the job before a recruiter must review only the qualified resumes.
