Alpharetta, GA - CedarCrestone is requesting participation in the CedarCrestone 2008-2009 Systems Survey: HR Technologies, Service Delivery Choices, and Metrics Survey, 11th Annual Edition from today through July 16, 2008. The survey is a comprehensive research effort designed to provide organizations with important data to plan, justify, benchmark, and execute HR technologies and outsourcing initiatives. The survey questionnaire is available online at www.cedarcrestone.com/hrssv23.

The 2008 HR Survey is broad in its coverage, including questions about:

  • Talent management and business intelligence applications
  • Self service, portal, and Web 2.0 innovations
  • Sourcing choices (business process outsourcing, software-as-a-service, etc.)
  • Current year expenditures and next year's budgets
  • Metrics such as employee/HR staff ratios, administrative costs per employee, and many others

"Our customers use the survey results to benchmark their organizations, to help make their business case for new HCM technologies and also to help in their application prioritization," said Alexia Martin, Director of Research and Analytics at CedarCrestone, and author of 11 years of surveys. CedarCrestone has also just released two white papers: The Value of HR Technologies: Metrics and Stories and Metrics & Analytics 2008 HR Systems Mid-year Survey Update White Paper. The survey collects responses from HR and IT management with knowledge of the HR technologies in use and planned, as well as those with an overview of key outsourcing and hosting decisions. CedarCrestone invites representatives from organizations in all industries (commercial, public sector, and educational organizations) with over 500 employees to participate. Participants will receive an advance copy of the results available in October, 2008. The survey questionnaire is available online at www.cedarcrestone.com/hrssv23.
