Competencies are the "tools" we use to get things done. The Key Competency Inventory allows people to evaluate their strengths and their priorities for the future. The Key Competency Inventory is a card deck which asks individuals to determine how much they prefer using each competency, their level of mastery, and how important each competency is to success at work. The inventory may be completed as a self-paced exercise, as part of a workshop, or used with other development activities.
